This is a 400 km circuit from Singapore to Mersing, Desaru (Johor) and back, finishing at HarbourFront Centre.
Day 1 (Friday, 7 Sep):
- Cyclists / Inline skaters assemble at Changi Ferry Terminal.
- Cyclists / Inline skaters will make their way to Mersing before nightfall
- Overnight stay in Mersing
Day 2 (Saturday, 8 Sep):
- Cyclists / Inline skaters will make their way from Mersing to Desaru before nightfall.
- Overnight stay in Desaru
Day 3 (Sunday, 9 Sep):
- Cyclists / Inline skaters will make their way to Tanjung Belungkor ferry terminal to catch the ferry back to Singapore.

This is a 40 km route that will take all participants down Changi Coast Road and the East Coast Park service road towards town, and then through the Central Business District, before looping at Sentosa to finish at HarbourFront Centre.
- All Malaysia-Singapore circuit participants and Singapore-only participants will assemble at the Changi Ferry Terminal for the Singapore flag-off.
- All participants will make their way to the finishing point at HarbourFront Centre.
- Charity Bike ‘n’ Blade 2007 will close with a ceremony at the HarbourFront Centre to acknowledge the support of sponsors and the efforts of the participants.
